In this era of corporate telecommuting and home-based businesses, places of residence are often     pOffice at home and awaylaces of business as well.  Day to day, workers take care of tasks from designated corners of their homes.  While that may be well and good for many duties, certain business functions—client meetings, conferences, interviews—demand the professionalism of a separate setting.

In tandem, many who office from home are finding that once-common makeshift meeting places (i.e. the local coffeehouse) simply don’t cut it for their business needs.  Professionalism and the chance for private, undiluted conversation are compromised amidst the whir of espresso machines and the chatter of socializers trading tales over cups of coffee.  Often business people are uncomfortable conducting sensitive business in such public places, yet feel odd journeying to a colleague’s home to meet as well.
