I think a firm that provides a variety of locations, with the best technology and the best call center options will have a distinct advantage over others.

These are the services that a mobile professional (like myself) needs — someone to answer my calls, an 800 number that forwards to my cell phone, someone I can trust to perform basic administrative and call center duties at an affordable price, etc.
